Freddie has truly blossomed into a confident, affectionate and endlessly endearing boy. This big, solid handsome boy was cruelly abandoned by the people he had shared his life with when they relocated, leaving him to fend for himself for some time.

Now living the good life indoors, Freddie has discovered just how wonderful it feels to have comfort, safety and people who adore him—and he shows his gratitude every single day.

Although he took some time to readjust to being back living in a home, Freddie’s desire for contact overcame his fear and he eventually decided that he could trust people once again.

He hasn’t looked back since.

This big, handsome gentleman is a smoochy shadow who loves following his favourite humans from room to room. He happily curls up beside you, stretches out a paw to rest on your hand, and melts into bliss with cheek rubs, head scratches and gentle paw massages.

Freddie is a champion purrer and often pops up onto a lap or chair just to make sure you haven’t forgotten that he’d like some affection, please and thank you.

Freddie is also a playful, entertaining character. He’s discovered the joy of rattling balls, foil toys, stick toys and zooming around the kitchen like he’s got springs in his legs. One moment he’s thundering down the hallway, and the next he’s silently materialising beside you on the couch like a fluffy ninja.

He’d make a wonderful one-on-one buddy for someone living alone or a loving addition to a family home. Freddie would prefer a dog-free environment but may enjoy living with another friendly cat or kitten—provided introductions are done slowly and gently over time.

With great litter manners, a hearty appetite and a sweet habit of politely reminding you when it’s breakfast time, Freddie is the whole package. He’s ready for a home where he can keep flourishing, share his smooches and be someone’s much-loved companion.

Freddie needs:
• A loving home where he can continue enjoying the safety and comfort he thrives in
• Someone who is home often or works from home some days a week, or a family that enjoys having a companion cat nearby
• A dog-free environment, as he isn’t suited to living with dogs
• Possible placement with another friendly cat or kitten, provided introductions are taken very slowly over time
• A calm, steady household that will appreciate his affectionate nature, playful moments and desire to be part of daily life.
