About Fantasy

A soft natured 8 year old girl who is ready for a calm home where she can finally slow down and enjoy life.
Fantasy has spent many years having litters and she has earned a peaceful future. She is a lovely girl who settles beautifully with patience and calm voices. She enjoys gentle affection, soft beds, and quiet moments with her person.
Fantasy is comfortable being picked up and handled but she appreciates a relaxed approach. She would do best with older kids who understand how to be gentle with an older cat. She has lived indoors her whole life and needs to stay inside only.
Fantasy must be the only animal in the home. She wants her space to be steady and predictable and she thrives when the house is calm.
She is a talkative girl who will chatter to you through the day. Car rides are not her favourite and she can become anxious in a carrier, so short calm trips are best.

Medical notes
Fantasy has a grade 2 luxating patella, she is on some joint supplements for this as any cat of her age should be.
Fantasy does not like car rides so will need to be given medication to relax her on her trip to the vet. On her ride to her new home she will be given medication to help her stress levels as advised by the vets.
Adoption details
*Please only apply if you reside 4hrs from Shepparton
* You will have a list of questions sent that you need to answer and send back.
* (For dog applications) Photos are requested of your yard, the fencing and any undercover shelter areas (patio/pergola) that must be sent through along with answers to questions.
* It’s not first in best dressed and we pride ourselves in finding the perfect family home for the animals in our care and make sure each family finds the perfect animal as well.
* We feed our cats on Lifewise, bags are available to buy from us.
* We also offer a 2 week trial on all animals that are adopted from this rescue organisation, if returned during this time a refund less 10% is given.
* Meet and greets are always taken prior to adoption, on the day if all goes well and you are happy, you can adopt on the spot and take your animal home to begin the next chapter together. We don't offer more than 1 meet and greet.
*All animals listed on our petrescue page are available for adoption until the moment they are removed

The site is ran by volunteers who also have work commitments and families of their own.
