Cleo is now 11 months old and has spent close to 100 days in care, quietly watching other dogs arrive, meet their people, and leave for their forever homes… while she stays behind. Day after day, she waits patiently, hoping someone will finally notice her. So far, she’s been overlooked — and it’s absolutely heartbreaking, because Cleo is everything you could hope for in a dog.

She is gentle, affectionate, and deeply devoted to her people. Cleo doesn’t ask for much — just to be near you. She’ll curl up beside you, lie at your feet, or follow you from room to room, simply happy to belong. 💛

Cleo adores other dogs and would thrive with a friendly canine companion. She’s also wonderful with children, though her long legs and joyful enthusiasm mean she may be best suited to a home with older kids who can stay steady when she greets them with pure happiness. 🐾

This girl loves life. Water adventures, car rides, sniffing out the world — Cleo embraces it all with excitement. She’s food-motivated and eager to learn, already making great progress with toilet training, lead manners, and recall. She’s trying so hard every single day… she just needs someone willing to keep guiding her.

She can be a little unsure at first, but once she feels safe, Cleo blossoms into the most loyal, loving, slightly goofy soul. Her awkward “racehorse” zoomies and chaotic drinking style never fail to make people laugh — she has a beautiful way of making life feel lighter. 🤍

What Cleo truly needs is companionship. Long periods alone are hard for her, and she would thrive in a home where someone is around often — ideally with another dog by her side. In the right environment, Cleo will absolutely flourish.

It’s devastating to watch such a beautiful girl be passed over again and again. Cleo isn’t broken. She isn’t difficult. She isn’t “too much.” She’s just waiting… and hoping someone finally chooses her. 💔
