I’m a 10-month-old Cattle Dog x Pointer pup named Missy, I have a big heart and a gentle soul. I’ve had a bit of a rough start in life, but I’m learning every day that people can be kind and that life can be full of fun and love.

I can be a little shy when I first meet someone new, I like to take my time to feel safe and get to know you. But once I do, my tail won’t stop wagging and I’ll be your best friend forever.

I love being outside! Running, sniffing, and exploring make me so happy. I’d really love a home with a big yard or plenty of space to stretch my legs. I’m a clever girl and I enjoy learning new things, so I’d do great with someone who can keep teaching me and help me build my confidence.

I spent some time in foster care with another dog and a cat and guess what? I love them both! I’d be very happy in a home with another friendly pet, but I’d also be perfectly content soaking up all the love as your one and only.

I’m just looking for a kind, patient person who’ll show me that the world is a safe and happy place. Could that be you?
