His current meal plan of Royal Canin kibbles and healthy home-cooked meals keeps him in top form, and he absolutely delights in chicken jerky and chick necks as a treat.

2. Do you understand that Rusty’s adoption fee is to help with his necessary medical cost, other expenses and also to support other animals in our care and that it is NON-NEGOTIABLE?

3. Could you provide a background check, including the number of household members, ages, occupations, and homeownership status?
(Please kindly provide us some photos of your home with your backyard ect…)

4. Could you disclose any other animals currently residing with you, along with their personalities?

5. Do you have experience with this breed, or done a well research about it?

6. Are you familiar with the long-term responsibilities of dog ownership, including training requirements and willing to give Rusty the time he needs to settle in your home?

7. How many hours will Rusty be left alone each day, and who will assume responsibility for him during your absences or holiday periods?

8. Are you in a position to provide Rusty quality veterinary care and nutritious food?

9. Will Rusty be considered as a family member, living indoor with outdoor access? Please describe his proposed sleeping arrangements.

10. In case of a change in circumstances, will you reach out to us for assistance?
