About Coco
🌸 Meet Coco — the quiet, loyal Cocker Spaniel with a heart full of love 🌸
Coco is a 5 year old Cocker Spaniel, weighing 10kg.
She came into care through a private surrender after experiencing complications from giving birth (a serious uterine infection (pyometra). Our rescue ensured she received urgent surgery and all the veterinary care and support she needed.
Now, it’s Coco’s turn to be cherished and loved.
Coco is a calm, affectionate girl who finds her greatest joy simply being near her favourite people. Her gentle, loyal nature shines brightest in a peaceful home where she feels safe, understood, and deeply loved.
Her happiest moments are the quiet, simple ones — curled up at someone’s feet, enjoying gentle cuddles, soaking in tummy rubs, or experiencing the pure delight of a car ride, which is her absolute favourite. She may arrive quietly into your home, but her warmth and sweetness will quickly steal your heart.
Coco is toilet trained, though she may need a little encouragement on rainy days, and she takes a weekly medication to manage bladder incontinence.
She is crate trained and enjoys having her own cosy space to rest and recharge.
While she prefers a calm, relaxed pace of life, Coco still has little bursts of excitement — especially when she hears the jingle of car keys. Above all, she loves simply being part of her family’s daily life.
She is friendly with older children and gets along with smaller dogs, though she is more interested in the comfort of human company than playtime with other pets.
Coco has no prey drive, making her safe around small animals. She may be shy with new people at first, but she warms up quickly and becomes utterly devoted to the ones she trusts.
Food is one of her greatest motivators, helping her learn and bond. She has a few charming quirks — a passionate love for cars, a preference for quiet cuddles over toys, and the occasional roll in something stinky (so regular grooming is appreciated!).
Coco thrives in a home where someone is around most of the time, offering her gentle companionship and quietly watching over her favourite humans.
She is a tender-hearted, loyal, and affectionate little soul who will reward patience, kindness, and love with endless devotion. Coco is truly a little soulmate dog, ready to bring warmth and happiness to her forever family.

Approved applicants will be contacted to arrange a time for a meet & greet via email. You must bring your current dog along to the meeting if you are meeting another dog/puppy, this is to ensure they get along before commencing adoption - proof of your dogs up-to-date vaccination is required before any meet and greet is arranged.
