Meet Dobby - a gentle soul with a playful, cuddly heart.
Dobby began his journey feeling very fearful and overwhelmed in the shelter, but once moved to our rehab centre and given a quiet space to decompress, he relaxed beautifully and let his true personality shine.
He can still be a little worried when meeting new people, but with slow, gentle introductions he warms up quickly. Once comfortable, Dobby is an affectionate, playful young boy who absolutely loves attention.
Dobby will thrive in a calm home and would be happiest with someone who is home often or with a friendly cat companion to keep him company. He's best suited to older children or teens who can interact gently, respect his boundaries, and avoid overwhelming him.
He'll need to start in a launch room to help him adjust at his own pace. With patience, space, and reassurance, Dobby blossoms into a cheeky, loving snugglebug. He just needs the right family to help him feel safe and adored.
