About Mabel
Mumma Mabel, a true queen of hearts who unconditionally expresses and receives, love and attention like no other.
Young Mabel is a very vocal and smoochy girl. She is a simple girl who desires nothing more than endless pets, cuddles, invading your space, a game of fetch and permanently making one side of the bed hers. So be prepared to share your personal space with this queen who has no understanding whatsoever what personal space means.
She is a lap cat, however is resistant to being picked up unnecessarily, however your lap will be her regular spot she will request to be 24/7. A lap cat through and through.
She has raised two beautiful daughters, at such a young age but that hasn't stop her getting in touch with her "inner kitten" of playing fetch with all her favourite toys and telling you she found them.
Her ideal forever home, is a home that values interaction and is ready to embrace her loving and smoochy personality. Her fur-parents are people who love cat companionship but will be able to give Mabel the freedom to still be her young adolescent self whilst giving her the time and space to grow into a young adult as she shows little interest in other cats. She would prefer being an only cat. We request Mabel is adopted into an indoor/catio home only.

BD Fur-Rescue does not have a physical location so therefore we ask that you fill out an application form to adopt one of our beautiful feline souls.

Our adoption process aims to ensure a long lasting relationship for you and your adopted feline friend.
Following the submission of your application, BD Fur-Rescue can then make a balanced judgement to see if your lifestyle will suit one of our fosters.
There are no right or wrong answers, these questions are purely aimed at assisting us find the perfect companion for you and fur-ever home for our fosters.
Once your application is submitted and reviewed (please click here https://www.bigdollansfurrescue.org/pages/adopting to submit your application), a foster carer will contact you via phone to potentially arrange a meet and greet.
This line of work is purely volunteer based work, so please be patient with the turn around time. We will do our best to respond in a timely manner to keep the adoption process moving forward as quickly and smoothly as possible.
