Meet Mochi, a sweet one year old Labrador x Kelpie cross who is looking for her forever family.

She has faced a lot of challenges in her short life, and as a result, can be a little anxious and nervous in new situations, but with patience and gentle reassurance, she soon settles in and blossoms into a playful, affectionate girl.
Once she feels safe, Mochi’s goofy personality shines through – she loves toys, zoomies, learning new games and skills and snuggles with her people. 🩷

Mochi is seeking a calm, loving household where her people are home more often than not - she loves cuddles and thrives on human connection.

She would do best with a family who can provide consistency, committed to positive reinforcement training, and the time and understanding to help build her confidence. Along with a shared love for fetch!

Mochi adores kids and would be a wonderful family dog.
Mochi has grown up with a playmate, so she would benefit from a patient doggy friend to help her feel secure and provide companionship when her humans are out.

Mochi enjoys games and playtime, so a secure yard for play and exploration is essential. 🍃

Mochi prefers to sleep indoors, is house trained and has some basic training.

She is a gentle soul who, will reward her family with endless love, loyalty, and laughter. She’s the kind of dog who will grow into a cherished family member, bringing joy to both children and adults alike.

Mochi is in foster care in Islington, NSW. Her adoption fee is $600, and she is desexed, microchipped, vaccinated, treated for fleas, ticks and worms.
