About Sandy Shandy
Meet Sandy Shandy - Your New Best Friend!
Sandy Shandy is a gorgeous young Torbie with a heart full of love and a personality that will make you smile every day.
She first came to BARC as a young mum and has spent some time in foster care, where she's blossomed into the sweet, affectionate girl she is today.
This lovely lady is a true character - she adores attention and will happily soak up all the love you have to give.
In her foster home, Sandy Shandy has been an inclusive family member, even tolerating the resident dog! While she's not quite a canine superfan yet, she's open to sharing her home with a well-mannered dog who's patient enough to win her over.
Sandy Shandy is ready to leave her foster days behind and find her Forever Home. If you're looking for a charming, affectionate companion who will bring joy and personality into your life, Sandy Shandy might just be the perfect match for you.

Adoption details
BARC adoption officers will work with you to help you find a dog or cat that matches your needs, they will discuss things like yard fencing, exercise requirements, other pets and family members, lifestyle factors, and breed experience. To help make this as quick and easy as possible, we ask you complete and adoption questionnaire (located on our website, or you can complete on when you visit). This helps ensure that we are introducing you to the most suitable animals we have available.
We encourage all members of the household to attend a meet and greet with a pet prior to adopting an animal. If the animal being adopted is a dog, we will also require existing dogs in the household to attend the shelter as part of the meet and greet.
Holds can not be placed on animals over the phone, and can only be applied at the discretion of management.
