Meet Polly, our little pocket rocket with a heart of gold. This bright, beautiful girl has the sweetest nature and adores being close to her people. She loves belly rubs and snuggling next to you on the couch.
Polly came into care feeling scared and unsure, but every day she’s growing braver and discovering that the world is a safe, happy place. She’s learning to relax, enjoy new experiences and is becoming more confident on the lead with gentle guidance.
Super smart and eager to please, Polly has already learnt her name and is picking up new skills quickly. With ongoing support, she’ll continue to blossom into the incredible companion she’s destined to be.
Polly’s ideal home will understand her working-dog energy, offer plenty of enrichment, and provide a calm, patient environment where she can keep building her confidence.
This sweet, loyal girl is ready for her fresh start and she’ll reward her forever family with endless affection, devotion, and joy.

Polly has not been tested with cats or pocket pets. She is good with children of all ages.
Polly’s yard needs to be completely fenced, ready for a dog with permanent fixtures in place. The yard must be cleared of rubbish and choke hazards, with no gaps in the fences or gates.
Polly is in foster care in Ryde, NSW and is not available for interstate adoption. Her adoption fee is $700 and she is desexed, vaccinated, treated for fleas, ticks and worms and microchipped.

Adoption details
(1) The first step is to fill in our online Adoption Questionnaire:
https://tinyurl.com/drnadopt
(2) If the questionnaire is approved, we will arrange a property check so we
can verify that your home and yard are suitable for the pet you've applied for.
(3) Next, we will arrange for you to meet the pet, usually at the foster
carer's home or at a nearby park.
(4) If both sides agree, then you can pay the adoption fee*, sign the NSW change of ownership form and our DRN Adoption Agreement and take your new family member home! The two week trial period begins on the day of adoption.
*We prefer payment by funds transfer and don't accept cash or personal
cheques.
This pet has been adopted and found love with its new family.
The rescue group has removed this pet and it is no longer available for adoption.
