About Cricket
Cricket is a rather handsome and distinguished gentleman with a heart of gold and a whole lot of presence.
He stands at 16hh and though he may be in his golden years, he still has plenty of charm and character to share with the right person.
He's good to do all the basics with - catch, lead, tie and will fall asleep when being brushed - but due to his large size, Cricket requires a competent and confident handler to ensure he continues to thrive.
Cricket is up to date on all treatments, and he's ready to step into the next chapter of his life with someone who will give him the respect and care he deserves.
Cricket is currently located in Warragul South and is available for Meet & Greets by appointment.
Whether you're looking for a companion, a paddock mate, or simply a stately soul to share your space, Cricket could be the perfect fit.
Adoption details
Our adoption process is designed to match you with the right pet, the first time. Our team are experts at rehoming animals who have specific needs that match your lifestyle, to ensure every adoption placement will last a lifetime.
At our Peninsula site, adoption hours are 12pm – 4pm. You are welcome to attend our reception office without an appointment to begin our adoption process during adoption hours.
The adoption areas are not free to walk through, and you will need to chat with our staff to confirm that a potential adoption is a good match.
Once the adoption has been discussed, a staff member will facilitate a walk-through of the adoption areas or have an animal brought to you in a greeting area.
