About Julie
Julie entered the shelter with 5 kittens, all different colours. She was a good mum and took care of her little ones.
She was brought into foster care with her babies. Her kittens were adopted quickly and Julie was the last to go to her home. However, despite months of careful introductions, Julie hasnât settled with her adoptersâ other cats. She would be happiest as the only cat in a home and is now looking for a loving single-pet family.
Here is a bit about Julie:
* She is just over a year and a half old but is a very small cat.
* Her shelter notes said âhard to hear her heart over loud purringâ. This sweet girl just has so much love to give.
* She is very chatty and vocal, she will talk to you to get your attention and tell you what she needs.
* She has the softest fur with little tufts.
* She LOVES food and will try to steal anything that youâre eating. She also loves kibble, wet food, raw food, and treats!! Surprisingly just not squeeze treats.
* She will exhaust herself jumping and playing, chasing wands with feathers, balls, lasersâŠ
* She is always up for a cuddle (anyone, anywhere)- whoever said cats donât like humans clearly has never met Julie.
* She wants to be your shadow and be by your side even when youâre doing mundane things.
* She doesnât get along with other cats because of this and she will need to be the only cat in the home.
* Sheâs anxious when sheâs alone for too long, and will need a family who is home often and who will want to shower her with love.
If you think you can provide the best home for Julie, please enquire below. Any family would be so lucky to have her.

Rocky Roads is run completely by volunteers - as such sometimes we do not have the capacity to reply to every single application that comes through.
We understand that this may not be the best experience but we are working hard to ensure the people who give up their valuable time and lives to support the animals in our care are able to look after themselves and their families too.
Without them, there is no Rocky Roads Rescue.
We appreciate your understanding.

Please note that at Rocky Roads Rescue, we believe every kitten deserves the joy of companionship. To support their well-being and happiness, we generally do not adopt out single kittens. We encourage you to explore the concept of âsingle kitten syndromeâ to understand why having a furry friend is so important. Your new family member will thrive best with a feline buddy or a cat-friendly dog to share playtime and cuddles. However, on occasion, if a catsâs personality shows they prefer to be on their own, we may consider adopting them soloâthis will be clearly specified in their adoption profile.
Thank you for helping us give these kittens the loving, social homes they deserve!
