About Lexi
Meet Lexi: An 8 year old gorgeous orange & white sweetheart who has never met a human she didn’t love.
Lexi arrived at Ninth Life Foundation with her feline sister Sapphire. She originally came to her family from the pound as an 11-month-old and she’s been a little ray of sunshine ever since.
Due to a sudden change in family circumstances, their owners had to move and couldn’t find pet-friendly housing. They were placed with their 81-year-old grandmother, who adored them but sadly couldn’t keep up with their care. With heavy hearts, the family reached out to us for help.
Lexi is such a sweetheart with the biggest heart. She is incredibly loving, affectionate and gentle and absolutely adores people. Cuddles are her favourite thing in the world and she’ll happily soak up all the attention you’re willing to give.
Lexi is a wonderfully friendly, easy-going girl who fits beautifully into family life. She’s great with children and dogs, making her a fantastic companion for a busy or multi-pet household. Her calm, social nature means she settles in quickly and loves being part of whatever’s going on around her.
If you’re looking for a cat who will greet you with love, return your affection tenfold and be a loyal, gentle companion, Lexi is the perfect match for you.

Adoption details
You need to be a pretty special cat person to adopt an elderly cat into your home. Not as sprightly as a kitten they still require your attention…even devotion. You’ll need to understand their daily routines and take some time to get to know them. Help them with grooming – a great way to bond- as they often don’t have the energy to do it properly themselves. Older cats are stress averse so be patient, observant and take a little more care of their health needs and you’ll soon have a loving companion.
All our cats have received a full health & wellness check and are ready for their new home.
