About Rhea
🐾 Meet Rhea – A Bold, Beautiful Rottweiler
Breed: Rottweiler Age: 3 years Size: Large (48.8 kg) Energy Level: High
💖 About Rhea
Rhea is a headstrong, confident young Rottweiler who knows exactly what she wants in life—good food, good company, and plenty of adventure. She’s a striking girl with a commanding presence, but beneath that bold exterior is a friendly, affectionate dog who loves being part of the household.
She’s well adjusted to living indoors, enjoys the comforts of home, and thrives when included in family life. Rhea is food-driven (and not shy about it!), which makes her both easy to train and occasionally a little domineering around meals. With clear boundaries and consistency, she’ll flourish.
🌟 Personality & Needs
Confident & friendly: Rhea greets life with enthusiasm and charm.
Food motivated: Training is easier with treats, though she needs guidance to share politely.
Dog social: She gets along well with other dogs, but her size and confidence can intimidate smaller or shy companions.
House savvy: Already comfortable living indoors and enjoys being part of the family routine.
Training focus: She’s working on reliable recall and will benefit from continued structured training with an experienced handler.
🏡 Rhea’s Ideal Home
Rhea is best suited to a confident, experienced owner who appreciates the Rottweiler breed and can provide the leadership she thrives under. A home with secure fencing, plenty of space, and perhaps another confident dog would be ideal. She’ll reward her family with loyalty, affection, and endless energy.
✨ Why Rhea?
Because Rhea is more than just a strong, beautiful dog—she’s a spirited companion who will keep you smiling with her bold personality and food-loving antics. With the right guidance, she’ll grow into a truly exceptional family member.
Medical: Rhea has had an extended stay in care to recover from surgery of luxating patella and femur re- alignment. Rhea has fully recovered but will require joint supplements to assist with any future arthritic changes as she ages. You are welcome to call Sue at Iron Dog Rescue on 0437010492 for any questions about the dogs or our adoption process.
