Rosie is a beautiful long-haired Chihuahua with a heart as big as her fluffy coat. She's the ultimate lap dog who loves attention once she feels comfortable with you. This sweet girl is looking for a gentle, patient adopter who can help build her confidence and show her the love she deserves.

Rosie will need regular grooming and brushing to keep her gorgeous coat looking its best. She currently lives in foster care with other dogs and is learning to enjoy their company, so a calm home with friendly pets could be a great fit.
