Gentle girl!
- Hi, I’m Pip! I’m a sweet 2-year-old tabby girl with soft stripes, big thoughtful eyes, and a calm, gentle nature.
- I’m not the kind of cat who rushes up to say hello, and I definitely like to take my time getting to know new people.
- I often feel safest tucked away in a cardboard box or curled up on my cat hammock where I can quietly watch what’s going on around me.
- I’m a sensitive girl, and loud noises and busy environments can make me nervous so I’m hoping for a peaceful home where I can truly relax.
- I absolutely adore head scratches, and once I trust you, I’ll lean right into your hand and purr with all my heart. I’m independent and enjoy my alone time, but I also love those gentle moments of connection and quiet time with you.
- I may never be the loudest or boldest cat in the room, but I have so much quiet love to offer to someone who understands me.
- I would do best in a calm household where I’m appreciated for who I am. I’m perfectly fine living with other cats and get along with my medium-sized foster dog. I enjoy brief intervals of play with my current cat companion and could benefit from having a calm feline friend around.
- I’m looking for a family who will give me space to settle in, time to build trust, and a cosy spot to hide when I need it.
- If you’re the kind of adopter who finds joy in helping a shy cat blossom, I might be exactly who you’re looking for.
- Could you be the person who helps me feel safe, loved, and finally home?

Our adoption process includes a two-week trial period to ensure you and your adopted pet are the right fit.
The adoption fee includes desexing, vaccinations, microchip (including transfer of ownership), flea and worm treatment and vet check.
SAFE Busselton requests that all persons adopting a cat adhere to responsible containment practices. As per the current Cat Laws in WA we encourage people to keep their rescued cat as a permanent indoor cat or with access to a safe cat run. It is no longer desirable to allow your cat to wander onto adjoining properties. Confident cats can also be trained to walk on a harness and lead. We ask that owners be responsible and keep their adopted cat safe at all times so that you will have a long and loving life together. Information on cat enclosures can be found here: https://safe.org.au/catios
SAFE Busselton reserves the right to select adoptive homes based on “best fit” for the pet. Although all applications will be considered, being the first application will not necessarily provide an advantage as the adoption committee considers many factors when matching animals to their new home.
