Callum

Callum is a bright, spirited young cat who is ready to settle into a home of his own. He enjoys human company, though his heart is currently won more by treats than by cuddles. Affection is on his terms for now, and while he’s curious and social, he’s still learning how to feel comfortable being held. When he’s picked up too quickly, he can turn into quite the wiggly escape artist, but with time and patient handling he’ll continue to grow more confident.

Because he’s still finding his feet when it comes to close contact, Callum would do best with a family whose children understand how to give a cat space when he asks for it. Pet-savvy kids who appreciate a playful companion and are happy to let him set the pace will be a great match. He’s also open to living with other cats, as long as introductions are slow and respectful.

Callum is looking for a home that will meet him where he is, playful, curious, and still learning, and help him blossom into the affectionate companion he’s on his way to becoming.
