About Zelda
Meet Zelda, a sweet and gentle girl looking for a calm, understanding home. She can be timid and easily overwhelmed in new environments, so starting her in a small, quiet launch room is essential before gradually allowing her to explore the rest of the house. Zelda will feel most secure with plenty of safe spaces such as cat trees, scratch posts, cardboard box hides, and access to shelves or dressers for high and low resting spots.
Zelda has had some challenges with consistent litter tray use, so setting her up for success is important. We recommend two large, open litter trays placed in separate areas where she spends most of her time, filled with deep sandy clumping litter. Avoid hoods, liners, or trays tucked in corners, as she needs clear visibility and multiple entry points to feel safe. Because stress can contribute to toileting issues, we recommend a calm home with no, dogs, or young children.
Although Zelda came from a multi-cat environment, Zelda can prefer her own space at times but has shown she likes the company of other cats. She will tell them off by a hiss or a growl if they are too much in her space but when she finds the right cat she gets along with, she will play and explore with them. Once she feels comfortable, her sweet personality shines through-she enjoys gentle attention and affection and will likely show a cheeky side as she settles in. If you can provide a quiet, loving home where Zelda can blossom at her own pace, she will reward you with trust and companionship. My adoption price includes: A FREE 2kg bag of ROYAL CANIN dry food My desexing, microchip and vaccinations Adoption Price: $185 If you think I might be the perfect fit for your family, please fill out an adoption application today! www.rspcaqld.org.au/apply-to-adopt
