Introducing King Kahlo, Ruler of the Cat Tree Kingdom!

Nature
Kahlo is a ridiculously handsome, tabby gentleman with model looks and a marshmallow heart. Once a “mysterious undomesticated lad,” he has been making incredible progress in foster care and is now fully free roaming like the royalty he is.

His hobbies include:
• Lounging regally on tall cat trees
• Supervising household activities from a safe-but-strategic distance
• Sitting near his foster mum like a quiet little shadow, waiting for her to serve him his royal feast

While he’s not accepting pats yet (he prefers to keep his celebrity status slightly exclusive), he is growing braver by the day. He’s curious. He’s observant. He’s working on his “maybe humans aren’t so bad” era.

And let’s talk about his vocals, Kahlo is a proud member of the “Where Are You?!” choir. If he can’t find his cat friends, he will politely (and adorably) sing until they return.

Give me time, and you’ll get to witness something truly special, the slow, beautiful unfolding of a once-shy boy learning that he can be safe in a loving home. With patience, kindness, and his beloved feline entourage, Kahlo will continue blossoming into the quirky, sweet companion he’s absolutely destined to be.

Companions (Children, Cats & Dogs)
Children are not his ideal fan club just yet. Kahlo is still learning to trust humans and needs respectful, calm interactions while he builds confidence.

Oh. My. Whiskers. Kahlo is a certified Cat Enthusiast. He adores the resident cats. He adores the foster cats. He gently nose-boops tiny kittens like the polite gentleman he is. Other cats are his security blanket, his hype squad, and his emotional support system.
He must have at least one friendly feline friend in his forever home.

Kahlo has met two large, boisterous dogs during holiday foster care and observed them calmly from his caboodle throne. No panic, no drama. With slow introductions and a calm, cat-savvy dog, he could absolutely make it work.

✅Comfy beds (currently human-free, thank you very much)
✅Towering cat trees for elite bird-watching
✅Toys, playtime, and ALL snacks
✅Sitting nearby like a quiet little guardian
✅Hanging outdoors with his cat friends in the cat run
✅Announcing dramatically when he’s misplaced his buddies

🚫Sudden close human contact (he’s building up to it!)
🚫Boundaries being ignored
🚫Being without feline company for too long
🚫Loud, unexpected noises

My PURR-fect home is a calm, peaceful home with patient humans who understand that trust is built gently, not rushed. I absolutely need, at minimum one friendly cat companion, a tall cat tree or perch for royal bird surveillance, Indoor-only living (or a secure cat enclosure.

Perth Rescue Angels recommends all cats are indoors only, unless they have access to a secure cat enclosure.
