About Kiwi
Meet Kiwi, the handsome 3 month old with long, chocolate brown coloured fur. He has a loud and constant purr which starts as soon as he spies his people. Kiwi enjoys a good pat, a back scratch and spending time with his family.
An active and busy cat, Kiwi loves to play and much prefers playtime over being a lap cat. He can often be found darting around after his favourite toys and climbing his cat tree where he watches over his domain.
A household with another feline friend is recommended as his ideal environment, as it will give him someone to engage with while you're not around. If you’re considering adopting two cats, Kiwi's sister, Apricot, would be a perfect playmate to keep him company. The link to her profile is;

Kiwi has never been around children so he is better suited to a family with cat savvy kids over 10 years old. He may adjust well to a household with a dog, provided they have experience with cats and a gentle temperament.
Kiwi is ready to be the delightful and dynamic addition to your home, bringing playfulness and companionship to your life.
He is located in Bendigo and has been vet checked, vaccinated, desexed, microchipped: 956000018842255 and is up to date with flea & worm treatment. Kiwis adoption fee is $300.

Adoption details
By adopting an animal from a rescue group or shelter you are giving a homeless animal a second chance at happiness. Thank you for considering adoption.
Our Adoption Process:
* Follow the relevant link in each animal's profile to complete the application form. Include as much information as possible so we can get an accurate picture of the life you are offering the pet.
* If your application is approved, we will email you to arrange a meet and greet.
* If the Meet and Greet is a success you will be invited to move forward with the adoption and complete the relevant paperwork.
* We offer a trial period to ensure it's a perfect match. If the animal is returned during this time, you will receive a refund subject to the terms and conditions on the Adoption Agreement signed at the time of adoption.
* Outside of the trial period we remain committed to your pet throughout its life. If your circumstances change and you need to return your pet, we will always take it back, regardless of how much time has passed.
Before completing the application form please be aware of the following:
** We are located in Bendigo, Central Victoria (approx. 2 hours from Melbourne CBD)
** If you are unable to adopt within one week of your submitting the application form please do not apply until you are ready.
** The majority of our correspondence is through email. As a small team of volunteers we simply don't have the resources to man a phone. If you fail to reply to an email or message within 24 hours we will move on to the next applicant-check your "spam/junk folder" regularly.
This pet has been adopted and found love with its new family.
