Meet Poppy.

Poppy is a sweet girl who is still finding her confidence. Poppy can find new people quite scary. However, once she knows that they are not a threat she is a real cuddle bug.

Poppy is a very calm puppy and not overly destructive. She is food focused and learns routine easily. Once she trusts a person she is very eager to please. She quickly understood that the dog bed was where she was expected to be while inside. She also has respectful interactions with the indoor cats and receives many smooches from one of the cats.

Poppy loves to swim, play tug and play with other dogs. She has good doggy social skills and understands when the other dog doesn't want to play. Poppy loves car rides and travels quietly in the car. Poppy walks on lead without pulling but sometimes will carry the lead in her mouth.

The ideal home for Poppy would be with people who are committed to supporting her to further build her confidence with new people and places.

Poppy is $350 to adopt and comes desexed, microchipped, C5 vaccinated, HW tested (negative) and given flea/tick/worm prevention.
