About Pumpkin
Meet Pumpkin! Pumpkin is a bright and confident kitten with a huge zest for life. Coming into foster care with his brother Basil, he has quickly blossomed into a joyful, and curious boy. He loves exploring his surroundings, whether it’s discovering new nooks or launching himself enthusiastically at any toy he can find. If it moves, crinkles, or rolls, Pumpkin believes it’s his job to turn it into a game! Pumpkin is wonderfully affectionate and enjoys curling up close for pats, cuddles, and gentle head bumps. He also has just the right amount of independence, he’s just as happy to entertain himself as he is to curl up beside his humans for quiet moments. He has a beautiful balance of confidence and sweetness, making him an easy companion for a variety of homes.
He gets along well with other cats and would thrive with another friendly cat or playful companion, but he would also do well as a solo kitten with humans who will enjoy his fun-loving nature. Adoption details
- You contact us to obtain an adoption application and discuss the animal of interest.
Once the application is completed and returned it will be assessed for suitability. We will also ask for rental agreements or rates and photos of your home. Please also include photos of your fencing .
- A meet and greet with the dog and all members of the adopting family and current dogs are arranged where possible.
This usually coincides with a yard check, to ensure the safety and security of the property on which the dog will be kept. - we understand that this is not always possible in interstate adoptions and this will be discussed on your initial contact.
- Payment of the adoption fee is made in one full payment. The dog is then handed over with any belongings, and all relevant paperwork and records. Please note we do have contracts in place that must be signed.
- Once the 14 day 'settling in' period has ended, the change of ownership microchip details are submitted to council and the adoption is officially finalised.
- For interstate adoptions- The adoptor must have a meet and greet with the animal they are adopting. We will not send an animal over without a meet. All transport costs including flights, will need to be paid in full by the adoptor.
- For cats, all adoptions take place at PETstock Tuggerah unless the profile states otherwise.
