Sheena is a gentle girl with the most beautiful soul, looking for a fun filled and loving home where she can continue to grow in confidence. She’s wonderful with her current carer and all of the other dogs. Sheena is so happy to please showing her sweet and affectionate nature once she feels safe. She is initially timid but in time shows you her very happy playful nature.
Sheena is comfortable both indoors and outdoors and has multiple favourite snoozing spots inside next to her people and happily has chosen the back veranda as her cosy daytime haven. Sheena has lived with both cats and other dogs, is a perfect playmate at the park and her recall at the beach and on bushwalks is excellent. She finds comfort in her familiar space and routine and loves nothing more than a good snuggle snooze after a day of play.
She is fine by herself and would relish having a whole family all to herself but would also be great in a home with another friendly dog.
Sheena is doing extremely well and has her basic commands sorted, is toilet trained and walks well on lead. She’s not suited to the hustle and bustle of a busy inner city suburbs and would thrive in a quiet, patient home with space to relax, explore, and just be herself.

With time, patience, and love, Sheena will continue to blossom into the calm, loyal companion she’s meant to be. Sheena is cat friendly and is happy to mingle with farm animals, she is not a dog who barks however she will alert bark when someone comes onto your property.
Sheena will be best suited to an older family or single person as a companion dog, she loves routine, enjoys her walks and is looking for that special someone who loves big hearted dogs with a world of love to share.

~ Have you done any training with other dogs? If so what training have you and your previous/current dog completed?
~I will need additional vet work in my life time such as follow up
vaccinations etc, is this a problem?
~I will also need flea and worm treatments to keep me at my
optimum health, are you prepared for that?
~I've had a diet since being at the rescue of quality biscuits, can you guarantee to continue my current diet?
~ I am a good 10-20 years commitment are you 100% ready to
give me a home?

~A yard check or photographic proof of secure fencing, shelter & sleeping areas will be required.
~Written agreement is required by your landlord/real estate for rental properties. A rates notice is required for homeowners.
~A vet reference may be required.
