As a working breed with a strong social nature, Charlie would do best in an active home where he’s allowed inside and considered a beloved family member. He will need another dog to keep him company and be a playmate to match his lively spirit.

Charlie is a social butterfly who thrives around other dogs. He currently lives with three canine companions, engaging in fun games of tug-o-war and energetic chases around the yard. After playtime, you’ll often find him snuggling up to one of his furry friends for a cosy nap, showing his affectionate and gentle side.

One of Charlie’s special passions is water—he loves splashing around in a shallow shell pool on hot days, cooling off and having a blast. He especially enjoys “snorkelling” for toys submerged in the water, showing off his playful and curious nature.

He’s fully crate-trained and sleeps peacefully through the night in his crate, enjoying a secure and comfortable space to rest. If given the chance, though, he will snuggle up to you for a nap on your bed. Charlie absolutely loves having his tummy rubbed and his head scratched, soaking up all the attention with pure joy.

This active and bouncy young dog is incredibly clever and responds very well to training, making him a joy to teach and a quick learner. Charlie already knows some basic commands and as soon as he sees his dinner being put in his bowl, he runs to his crate and sits, waiting to be fed. He is learning to patiently pause near a door while it is being opened.
