About Nugget

Nugget has a particular soft spot for kids, though she occasionally jumps on them when she gets too excited, but it's all in the spirit of fun and friendly affection.
Nugget is a truly social being who thrives on companionship, and she's more than happy to let you know when she needs a bathroom break - how considerate! Nugget doesn't enjoy being alone, preferring instead to be around her human friends.
She's incredibly cuddly, showing her warm and gentle side, especially during those relaxing downtime moments. Nugget is always happiest when someone is there to snuggle with her. Medical notes
*Nugget will be desexed at our expense when she is 6 months old. Adopters must sign a desexing contract.*
*Nugget will be up to date with all vaccinations and worming as at the time of adoption. Any future vaccinations and preventatives will be at the adopter's expense.*
Adoption details
Once you are ready to adopt, please complete the Promising Paws Adoption Application questionnaire below. This is not a contract or agreement of any kind, just an expression of interest in the animal.
We will not authorise meets unless this has been completed and only approved applications may meet the dogs. Once you are approved and have submitted all relevant information, we will organise for you to meet the dog at your home or in a public place. If you have other animals they should please be at the meet.
Before applying, please consider and finalise the following: real estate approval, fence repair if needed, outside shelter areas and look into the dog's breed (e.g. size of dog, diet, temperament, exercise requirements).
*Same gender adoptions will not be considered. Same sex aggression is something at Promising Paws we will avoid.*
Supporting documents required:
Real estate approval or proof of home ownership such as a rates notice;
Photos of your fence and current pets, if applicable.
