About Piggy
Meet Piggy, a free-spirited feline with a zest for adventure! Always ready to explore, this lively cat enjoys embarking on quests, whether alone or accompanied by one of his furry companions. Piggy has an innate curiosity and a love for seeing the world from fresh perspectives, and you'll often find him striding along on new discoveries around the house or garden.
Piggy is a social creature and loves being around people and other cats. His friendly and engaging nature makes him a delight to have around. Piggy is great at balancing independence and affection - after a day of fun-filled exploration, he loves to curl up on your chest for a cozy nap, purring himself to sleep. He's also known as a "shoulder cat" and enjoys hitching a ride on your shoulders, keen to be involved in everything happening around him. This unique trait not only showcases his adventurous spirit but also his desire to be close to the people he loves.
Piggy is an excellent companion who always has something to say, offering a chatty and entertaining presence in your home. While it's up for debate whether he always knows what he's meowing about, his expressive nature and humorous antics will certainly leave you smiling.
Piggy is full of energy and will need a cat friend in his life to keep him entertained and his energy drained!
He's an ideal match for families or individuals ready to embrace his adventurous side while savoring those quiet, snuggly moments. If you're looking for a cat who brings a blend of exploration and companionship, Piggy is the perfect partner for your life's adventures!

Rocky Roads is run completely by volunteers - as such sometimes we do not have the capacity to reply to every single application that comes through.
We understand that this may not be the best experience but we are working hard to ensure the people who give up their valuable time and lives to support the animals in our care are able to look after themselves and their families too.
Without them, there is no Rocky Roads Rescue.
We appreciate your understanding.

Please note that at Rocky Roads Rescue, we believe every kitten deserves the joy of companionship. To support their well-being and happiness, we generally do not adopt out single kittens. We encourage you to explore the concept of ‘single kitten syndrome’ to understand why having a furry friend is so important. Your new family member will thrive best with a feline buddy or a cat-friendly dog to share playtime and cuddles. However, on occasion, if a cats’s personality shows they prefer to be on their own, we may consider adopting them solo—this will be clearly specified in their adoption profile.
Thank you for helping us give these kittens the loving, social homes they deserve!
