This handsome Husky x Staffy boy has the stunning looks of a Husky and the adorable, people-loving personality of a Staffy — the perfect mix of beauty and charm.
Hobbs is a big-hearted bundle of fluff who lives for cuddles, belly rubs, and all the loving attention he can get. He’s a social butterfly who gets along wonderfully with other dogs and would love to have another doggy companion to play with — he really enjoys the company and thrives with a buddy by his side. Whether it’s a game of tug or fetch, he’s all in (and yes, he’ll bring the ball back for another round!).

He’s a strong boy with plenty of enthusiasm, and while he hasn’t quite mastered polite leash walking yet, it’s only because he’s had very little practice. He’s getting better every day with time, patience, and consistency. Hobbs is a smart boy who learns fast, and with a bit more practice, he’ll quickly become a wonderful walking companion.

When Hobbs first came into care, he had no toilet training at all, but he’s come along beautifully. He now lets you know when he needs to go outside, and he’s doing so well — though regular breaks are still needed as it’s early days and he’s still building good habits.

He can be a little jumpy when he’s excited (there’s a lot of love in that fluffy body!), but a calm, firm “no” helps him settle quickly. He’s eager to please and just wants to be involved.

Hobbs is also happy to spend time in the backyard and can be left alone there, so a secure yard would be ideal for him — especially if he has a doggy friend to play with.

What Hobbs really wants is a home where love is plentiful and someone is around more often than not. He thrives on companionship and affection, and in return, he’ll shower you with loyalty, cuddles, and the best goofy smiles.
