About Luna
Meet Luna - A sweet and gentle Russian Blue beauty with her stunning blue coat and loving personality 😻
At 10 years old, Luna’s world was turned upside down when her family heartbreakingly had to surrender her due to their child’s severe allergies. Once a calm, low-maintenance girl who adored bedtime snuggles, Luna found the sudden change incredibly difficult, understandable after spending her entire life with the same loving family.
When Luna arrived at Ninth Life, she was frightened and withdrawn, spending most of her time hiding away. With gentle encouragement she began to show small signs of progress each week. We knew that with time, patience and love, her sweet, affectionate nature would shine through again.
She’s now relaxed, playful and wonderfully smoochy in her foster home showing us that she just needs a home environment to bring out the best in her. She loves being near you, soaks up every pat and bit of attention and adores playing with her wand toy.
Luna is ready for her forever home; a quiet, loving household where she can be cherished for the gentle, loyal, affectionate, playful companion she is. She would suit a calm environment. She has been around children but ideally older, gentle, quieter children is what she would need as she can be startled by loud noises.
Luna promises endless love, companionship, affection and gratitude to the special person / people / family who open their heart to her.

Adoption details
You need to be a pretty special cat person to adopt an elderly cat into your home. Not as sprightly as a kitten they still require your attention…even devotion. You’ll need to understand their daily routines and take some time to get to know them. Help them with grooming – a great way to bond- as they often don’t have the energy to do it properly themselves. Older cats are stress averse so be patient, observant and take a little more care of their health needs and you’ll soon have a loving companion.
All our cats have received a full health & wellness check and are ready for their new home.
If you are interested in adopting one of our furry friends please either call 4314 6654 or contact info@ninthlifefoundation.org.
