About Zeke
Handsome boy Zeke is ready to search out a home and owner he can devote his life to.
Zeke is an 8 month old (DOB 1/3/2025) desexed male German Shepherd that wants to be the đapple of someone's eye.
Zeke is in foster care with 2 older German Shepherds and cats. Zeke is good with the cats that hold their grown and are very savvy. The cats that are not as confident and choose to run....Zeke will chase and paw them - not aggressively - for fun.
This boy is not a fan of being locked away from his humans - he will vocalise extremely loudly. From his noise you would think he was stuck/caught somewhere and in pain.
When you are home Zeke wants to be with you. In fact Zeke has no awareness of his size as he see's himself as a lap dog đ¤Ł.
Zeke is a very smart boy that is super keen to learn and please his people. Zeke is a big gangly puppy that does all the pups things - chews, digs and bounds around.
When meeting new people Zeke still hesitates for a few minutes, but then is good to interact and play.
Zeke has a lot of potential to be trained up as a companion/support dog. If you asked him, Zeke would give a big tick â ď¸ to being able to hang with his person 24/7.
Zeke has had all his vet work completed and ready to go to his right matched home.
Zeke's adoption fee is $800. To find out more about Zeke please contact Carolyn on 0427 221 231.

Adoption details
We like to take the personal approach where a person sends an email of interest around an animal and then we will follow up with phone discussions and email exploration through a survey.
Please note we are a small group of volunteers that balances the administrative side with the care of the animals.
Please only apply for one of our animals if you are genuinely interested in them.
We expect the prospective owner to travel to meet the animal and we are open to trial periods to ensure we have the match right.
