About Wombat
Meet Wombat from the Tassie Tots litter, a playful kelpie x border collie girl who is just the right mix of drive and snuggles.
This happy pup has plenty of go! She loves to play tug and flirtpole, and is super playful with her siblings. She's a clever girl who is already learning that sitting nicely gets her the treats first.
And when affection is on offer, she melts into a cuddle puddle, staring up at you with adoring eyes!
Wombat will be an active dog, who will need plenty of fun activities to get those beans out before she is ready for cuddles on the couch.
She is coming along with her toilet training – though she is a baby and will need continued guidance from her humans to fully toilet train.
Wombat is looking for an active family who will give her plenty of mental and physical stimulation, allow her inside as part of the family, and include her in all of their adventures. Her new family must be committed to continuing her socialisation and ongoing training to make sure he develops into a well-adjusted dog.
If you think Wombat might be the best mate you’ve been searching for, send us an application with some details about the life you can offer her.
Wombat is located in TAS.

Following this, we will then put you in touch with the dog/s foster carer/s that you are interested in, to chat further over the phone, about whether the dog is a good fit for your family, and vice versa.
