About Roxy
Roxy is a big bundle of love and energy who loves to be out and about, enjoying the world with her people. Belly rubs are one of her favourite pastimes.
She is cat friendly (dog savvy cats only as she is interested in the cat she currently lives with)
Roxy would love a playmate but can be a little clumsy with smaller dogs as she doesn’t know her size, she would also do well as an only dog as she does love time with her people. The same applies for little kids, which she loves but can be excitable.
She is food motivated (which is why she needs to shed some extra unwanted kgs) so will be easy to train further. Roxy will need a family committed to getting her back into shape, give her plenty of exercise and watch her portion size which won’t take long given her lust for life and the outside world.

Our dedicated team is here to support you every step of the way, from your initial interest to the joyful day you bring your new friend home.
How to Adopt: A Step-By-Step Guide:
1. Browse Our Selection: Visit our Animals page and use the menu to view the various pets we have available. Choose between cats and dogs to narrow your search.
2. Expression of Interest: Found a pet that captures your heart? Reach out to us for an Expression of Interest (EOI) form to initiate the process.
3. Patience is a Virtue: We meticulously review every EOI to ensure each animal goes to the right home. Thank you for your patience during this critical stage.
4. Meet Your Potential Pet: If your EOI is approved, we'll organise a Meet & Greet session. It’s a great opportunity for both you and the animal to see if it’s a perfect match.
5. Adoption Application & Home Review: If you're ready to move forward, you'll need to complete our adoption application and agree to a home review.
6. Review & Approval: Your application and home review will be assessed to guarantee a secure, loving environment for your potential pet.
7. Adoption Fee: Upon approval, you'll be required to pay the non-negotiable adoption fee. This fee directly supports our animal care efforts.
8. Welcome Home: Once the fee is processed, we'll coordinate the special day when you can bring your new pet home.
