About Tylo
Meet Tylo: The Tiny Masked Bunny-Cat
Tylo is a gentle, skittish boy who’s slowly discovering that humans aren’t so scary after all. This petite little fellow has a tiny masked face, big piercing eyes, and a hop in his step that makes him look more like a little bunny than a cat. He may be small, but he has a huge amount of love just waiting to bloom.
Tylo has spent his whole life surrounded by other cats, so human affection is still a new and sometimes confusing experience for him. He’s learning quickly, though! He loves sitting close to his humans, usually right beside them as they work and he happily sleeps on the bed at night for comfort and security. While human hands can still make him a little nervous, he’s making steady progress and is expected to adore pats once he realizes hands bring love, not worry.
Tylo is extremely food motivated and will gladly hop over to take treats from your hand. Mealtime is one of his bravest, happiest moments, and it’s a great way to help him continue building trust.
Because Tylo has always been part of a cat gang, he feels safest with a kitty companion. He absolutely adores his foster siblings and would thrive in a home with a confident resident cat who can show him the ropes, help him settle in, and remind him that humans are actually pretty great.
Tylo is looking for a patient, loving adopter who understands that progress for shy cats happens in amazing little steps. If you have a calm home, a bit of time to earn his trust, and a friendly cat already in residence, Tylo could be the sweetest addition to your family.
