About Minty
All About Me and My Unique Personality:
Her markings may make her look a little worried but she is a surprisingly confident cat, becoming comfortable in her foster carer's home very quickly. She loves chin scratches and napping in bed with you. She is a big purrer and has a soft chirrup of a meow. Like many of us, she dislikes noisy neighbours and will often quietly growl and leave the room if she hears them. However she is quick to come out and see calm guests. Less shy than her son, she a very easy going cat.
She will be available from the 19th of October.
My Ideal Home:
Somewhere with a comfortable bed and a kind person to give her pats. While not essential, it would be wonderful if she and her son could be adopted together. Everyday they cuddle, groom, chase and play with each other. Their antics have made their foster carer smile everyday.
What is Known About My Background:
Minty was found with her two kittens in a carrier on the side of the road around Tuggerah. Thanks to some kind strangers she ended up at Pet Quarters then Socares before landing at her Hunter Animal Rescue foster carer's home. The details of her past are a mystery, she could be a couple years old but she may be under one year. She is a petite little lady so it's hard to tell.
How Do I Interact with Kids, Dogs, Cats and Other Pets:
She is untested with dogs, children and cats other than her son but so far she has shown herself to be rather adaptable and chill. She was not super fussed with a cat outside so I imagine with some slow introductions she should warm up to other furry friends.
