About Angie, the greyhound
If you are interested in Angie, or any of our Greyhounds, we require you to fill in our application form - https://forms.gle/4YdfUixpmWdJ4StT9
Meet Angie, the gentle and affectionate greyhound whose calm demeanor makes her a perfect fit for a variety of homes. Whether you're living in an apartment or a house, Angie is adaptable.
Angie's is quite small for a greyhound (~24-25kg) and her social nature shines through in her interactions with other dogs, particularly other greyhounds and smaller breeds like Frenchies. She hasn't been tested with young children but has proven to be easygoing through recent changes in her life. She can be cautious with new experiences, but her courage grows when surrounded by love and routine.
Though she may need some gentle guidance with lead manners, especially in bustling environments, she's curious and eager to greet her fellow canine friends from afar. With patience and routine, her occasional separation anxiety is diminishing, and she's finding comfort in her new routines. Fortunately, she's great with stairs and even enjoys peeking out the window during car rides before cozily settling in for the journey.
Angie's perfect day involves a leisurely stroll, lounging near her beloved humans, and sharing cuddles by resting her head against your chest or shoulder. Her loyal and loving nature makes her a delightful companion for both seasoned and new dog owners, especially those who can offer her cuddles, love, and a trusty routine. Whether you're looking for a solo pet or an addition to your furry family, Angie, the gentle greyhound, is ready to bring warmth and joy into your life.
At Homeward Bound Hounds, we pride ourselves on matching the right dog to the right family. We need to know more about you and your home to find the best possible match.
