A gorgeous tuxie fluffball (swoon!), Huntrix was the perfect mumma cat not only to her own three babies, but to two extra kittens who desperately needed some love! This sweet and happy girl is now ready to enjoy a lifetime of pampering, as she so richly deserves.
Huntrix is a big fan of humans, snoozing the hours away by your side while demanding nothing but your company :) Sometimes she'll just watch you until she catches your eye, then wait for you to talk to her before strolling over for a scratch. She LOVES ear scratches more than anything, and always purrs contentedly to show her gratitude!
This delightful, self-possessed young lady would be a terrific match for a quieter household, with adults only or children aged 8+. We think she might also get along with another cat who's similarly calm and collected!
Like all Maggie's pets, Huntrix is microchipped, desexed and vaccinated.

MY IDEAL HOME: ... will have a peaceful, unrushed vibe, with a single person or couple. Older children who'll treat me with kindness and understand I'm not really into cuddles might be nice to live with too! Ear scratches, belly rubs and brushing are the keys to my heart, so please keep them coming :)
MY ENERGY LEVEL: Despite my young age, I'm a low-energy girl who prefers to peruse the world through a window rather than play up a storm.
MY SUITABILITY TO CHILDREN: Children aged 8+ who love cats and know how to respect boundaries sound like pleasant company!
MY SUITABILITY TO CATS AND DOGS: No dogs, please! I just know their vibe won't mesh with mine...
A compatible cat or two to make friends with might be OK though.

We ask all people looking to adopt to fill in our adoption enquiry form at https://form.jotform.co/92940837256870. Please use this link rather than the 'Enquire' button on the pet's PetRescue profile to streamline your enquiry.
Our foster carer will contact you when we receive your application to arrange a time for you to meet with their foster pet.
We want your adoption through Maggie's to be a good experience so we will occasionally suggest a different cat or dog that may suit your situation better and the needs of the individual pet.
All our pets leave for their new homes on a two-week trial. At the end of the trial, we will transfer the microchip into your name and provide you with the pets vet certificates. Once you receive the Certificate of Identification from council, your adoption will be complete.
Please consider, that a Maggie's Pet is a pet for Life, before adopting.
