About Milo
Meet Milo, our gorgeous 7-month-old Poodle x Shih Tzu who’s ready to find his forever family.
Milo’s Best Qualities
Gentle and kind boy, who would make a great therapy dog,
Non-shedder, making him a good match for those who prefer not to have his beautiful silver-grey doggy hair everywhere!
Great with kids, cats, and other dogs - he doesn’t have a
mean bone in his body,
Crate trained – sleeps through the night without a peep,
Walks beautifully on leash, good recall off leash,
Loyal and people-orientated, he’s happiest wherever his humans are but would love a doggie companion if his new family are out of the house a lot,
Friendly and affectionate – loves sharing the recliner in the evenings,
Excellent car traveller,
Easy to bath and groom.
Milo hasn’t quite mastered the pet flap after it hit him in the nose as he was about to follow another dog through!
He enjoys helping to “train” a litter of foster puppies, happily walking beside the dog pram to our destination. He has a ball playing with them and demonstrating how leash walking is done as they practice on the walk home.
All in all, Milo is a bright, sweet, and adaptable little companion who will fit perfectly into a loving home. He loved his trolley ride at Bunnings.
The photos of Milo in the red harness were taken after his grooming session. The videos were prior.
Milo is located at Tamworth, NSW.
Transport is available to Orange in the Central West on Sunday 16th November only.
Commercial dog transport is available from Tamworth every 2nd week.

Tell us about the home and lifestyle you can offer Milo.
We are interested in your family situation (who is in your family) their work/study hours, how long Milo would be left alone during a typical week.
What you can offer a dog in terms of activities/outings/stimulation.
If you have other pets - in most cases we look favourably on a home with an existing dog or the possibility of adding another dog at a later stage.
