About Chopper
Chopper has had more than his fair share of bad luck over the past few years—but he’s more than ready to leave that behind and start a brighter new chapter.
After already losing one ear to cancer, we recently discovered he would need to go through it all over again. True to his resilient nature, Chopper has come through his second procedure like a champion. He’s now rocking about half an ear in total—and wearing it proudly!
Despite everything he’s been through, Chopper hasn’t lost his spark. He’s recovering beautifully and is now on the lookout for a loving forever home where he can finally relax and enjoy the life he deserves.
Here’s what you need to know about Chopper:
- The sweetest gentleman you’ll ever meet
- Loves sitting on laps and being picked up for cuddles
- Easy-going and adaptable
- Enjoys having a chat
- Very food-motivated
- Enjoys the outdoors (and would be happy as an indoor cat with harness walks outdoors)
- Walks well on a harness
- Prefers to be the only cat
- Doesn’t mind calm, laid-back dogs
- Has hyperthyroidism (managed with lifelong medication)
Chopper’s affectionate, confident, and go-with-the-flow personality has made him a favourite among our staff—and he wins over everyone who meets him.
The only problem? No one has come to meet him yet.
If you have a cat-free home and can offer Chopper the peaceful, loving retirement he so deserves, please consider booking a visit. We promise you won’t regret it.
