This young guy is the best friend you haven’t met yet!
Albert is a beautiful Blenheim cavalier and at just two years old he has so much love to give. He loves games, exploring and a good belly rub and snuggle. Even though he’s technically not a puppy anymore, he has a youthful energy and lives for playtime. Fetch, tug-of-war, chasey, find the treat, - you name it, he’s in!

He loves walks and car rides (those beautiful ears need to feel the wind!) but also loves being curled up at your feet at the end of the day, or can be a quiet companion while you sip your tea. Albert needs an active family and would benefit from stimulation and enough exercise every day as he grows. He is house trained, but as he has moved around a bit, may need positive reinforcement when learning where to go in a new place. Good news- his foster family have learnt that he is super smart and responds well to food rewards. Grooming time runs smoothly and brushes are met with interest but baths with indifference. A good peanut butter spoon to lick keeps Albert still for long enough to make him look as spiffy on the outside as he is on the inside!

Any love you give will be returned twofold. This handsome young man loves people, attention and just wants to be your best bud.

BEHAVIOURAL NOTES:
Dog Selective: Albert is very curious around other dogs, and likes to investigate, but isn’t used to the reciprocal curiosity from other dogs just yet. Slow introductions will be needed and some socialising in future to get him more used to other dogs
