While he might look happy- even wearing what seems like a little "smile" - that expression can mean he's feeling worried or unsure. Because he's easily stressed and his warning signs can be subtle, he's best suited to an adults-only household with people who are experienced in reading dog body language and know when to give him space. Pushing him too far or too fast can make him uncomfortable, but respect his boundaries and he'll reward you with loyalty, companionship, and just the right amount of sass.
