About Ghost
Ghost is a highly affectionate little companion dog — a Miniature Fox Terrier born on 9 August 2016. Weighing around 6 kg, he’s a robust, speedy, and delightful bundle of energy who loves being close to his people.
Check out what our wonderful groomer says about him here https://www.facebook.com/share/p/17kZqGuioQ/?mibextid=wwXIfr
Ghost thrives on companionship and would be the perfect match for a retired person or couple who are home almost all the time. He loves everyone, but forms particularly strong bonds with his people and will bark if left alone for extended periods.
He loves playing ball and any game that involves movement, but he’s just as happy to curl up beside you on the couch for a quiet evening in front of the TV.
This clever boy is house-trained, walks nicely on a lead, and enjoys car rides.
While he doesn’t get along that well with cats, he’s generally fine with other dogs once properly introduced, having previously lived with a Labrador, but would be happiest as an “only child” so he doesn’t have to share the love.
Loyal, inquisitive, fearless, and adaptable, Miniature Fox Terriers are known for their dual nature — calm and loving one moment, alert and protective the next. Ghost embodies these traits perfectly: a devoted lapdog who’s also a confident little guardian.
Ghost was very reluctantly surrendered by the only family he ever had, due to changes in their work arrangements and most definitely through no fault of his own. He has been exceptionally well cared for and deserves a home where he can continue to be a cherished family member.
His ideal home will have secure fencing, a backyard to play in, and people who are home most of the time to give him the love and attention he thrives on.
