About Millie
Meet Millie - Your Sunshine Sidekick!
Age: 4.5 years | Breed: White Labrador | Gender: Female
If you've been dreaming of a best friend who brings the holiday vibes every single day, look no further! Millie is like a walk on the beach-bright, breezy, and full of joy. She's the ultimate carefree soul, always smiling and ready to make life feel like summer.
This girl LOVES food (maybe a little too much!), so she needs someone with the willpower to say "no thanks" when she's already had her share of treats. Think of it as helping her stay bikini-ready for those imaginary beach days!
She's dog-social, kid-friendly (all ages welcome!), and would happily share her sandy shores with other pups. Consistent training will help keep her on track, but she's eager to learn and even more eager to love.
If you're ready for endless tail wags, sunny smiles, and a companion who makes every day feel like a holiday, Millie is waiting to hit the waves of life with you!

Adoption details
BARC adoption officers will work with you to help you find a dog or cat that matches your needs, they will discuss things like yard fencing, exercise requirements, other pets and family members, lifestyle factors, and breed experience. To help make this as quick and easy as possible, we ask you complete and adoption questionnaire (located on our website, or you can complete on when you visit). This helps ensure that we are introducing you to the most suitable animals we have available.
We encourage all members of the household to attend a meet and greet with a pet prior to adopting an animal. If the animal being adopted is a dog, we will also require existing dogs in the household to attend the shelter as part of the meet and greet.
Holds can not be placed on animals over the phone, and can only be applied at the discretion of management.
