Hi there, you can call me Layla, your future brainy, bouncy and beautifully curious forever companion.

My foster human's called me their nighttime angel and tiny tornado during the day, and I couldn't think of better way to describe what life is like with a puppy of my age. To get the best out of me and to set me up for life I will need a family that can match my energy and provide me with regular training.

When I'm not deep in slumber I'm on a mission to explore the world around me. Shoes? Blankets? The mysteries under the couch? I can hear them all calling my name. I am still learning that toys are the best thing to chew instead of clothes or hands, and I'm getting the hang of it with lots of gentle reminders.

Because the world is so big and I've got so much to learn, I can be a little nervous meeting new people or dogs, but give me a minute and you'll get to see how goofy and playful I can be and I love making new friends once I know that everything is safe.

I've been working very hard on my manners with my foster carer's, and I've been learning walking manners and that the lead is my friend for grand adventures. I know how to sit and would love for a family to teach me more tricks.

When I've had enough adventuring, I love to be cuddle close to my humans when I'm ready to nap, and want to be included in all family adventures.
