Buddie

Buddie is a cattle dog x pointer 1. 5 yo approx. He is a cute, healthy boy who loves going for a drive in the car or truck and loves exercise. He isnt' a barker. He likes other dogs and has made lots of friends in the neighbourhood and loves running around playing with my other 2 dogs. Buddie has a beautiful nature. Once he gets to know you he loves a cuddle and will try and sit on your lap if you sit on the ground even though he is not little! when i hand him food he is very gentle taking it he doesn’t snatch or grab it out of my fingers. When i say "in your kennel" he jumps inside ready to get his dinner. He is a quick learner and i’m working on getting him to sit. He hasn’t had much training but he is doing well so far. Buddie hasn’t been house trained yet so he stays outside for now. He loves getting in his kennel. But every dog deserves some time inside with his family and housetraining him should be a breeze. . . Buddie chases rabbits so would probably chase cats too. He is a bit wary of men at first but will get used to the man of the house soon enough as long as he was kind to buddie. He's nervous around horses so best to avoid them. . . Buddie gets excited and is quite big and goofy when he runs around my legs playing, so i wouldn’t recommend him to children under 5 as he might knock them over by accident with his tail or body. He also doesn’t mind bath time and will stand still in the tub until i finish washing him. He does not bark much at all even if the other dogs are barking he will just sit and look at them. . . Buddie is only young and has lots of energy, so he needs to go to a family that will exercise him daily. A big yard and another dog to play with would be ideal. Buddie is waiting for his forever home to find him. He will make a wonderful addition to anyone’s family and deserves to be spoilt and loved. . . . *** please see more photos buddie at
