At just 10 months old, Sugar has already had quite the journey. Found alone on the streets and safely brought in through a trap, this sweet girl is still learning that the world can be a kind and gentle place.

It's likely that Sugar has known some kindness from people before, but not quite enough to understand what it means to truly belong. She's a little unsure and can be shy at first, preferring to quietly observe rather than jump right in, but underneath that cautious exterior is a tender, affectionate heart just waiting to bloom.

Sugar doesn't mind being picked up, though she's still figuring out how to relax in unfamiliar arms. What she really loves is the comfort of a snug igloo bed or a soft blanket she can burrow under, where she feels warm, safe, and unseen until she's ready to peek out and say hello.

She would do best starting out in a small, calm space where she can build her confidence at her own pace and learn that her new family means safety, love, and patience.
