Dennis

Dennis is a charming guy who loves a head rub, a chest rub and a warm lap to cuddle up on. He'll happily keep an eye on you as you go about your day, but is never demanding. He'll curl up beside you on your bed, keep your paperwork warm and help with the sewing and mending. He's happy to engage in a little play with a toy, but also he's happy to lounge about, blink and purr.

As he is a little bit shy, Dennis would prefer a quiet home with no younger children, with people who won't carry him around, because he prefers to use his own feet to get about. He will need some time to settle in and a safe space to hide initially, but with a gentle and patient family who don't mind letting him take his time, he will emerge from his safe space to demonstrate the loving, sweet and friendly guy he is. He would love to have a tall cat-scratching pole and could be trained to use it with treats and praise.
