A curious and courageous girl, Rumi's in her element when she's in motion - whether she's climbing high, jumping far or setting new land speed records down the hallway!

She also also adores company, human and feline alike. After winding up a furious play session, she likes to snuggle next to you on the couch or in bed and drift off to sleep, to relive her adventures in her dreams :) Though she's not a lap cat, she will occasionally fall asleep on your legs, and she LOVES loves a belly rub.

Another way to Rumi's heart is definitely through her stomach! Treats are always warmly received ;)

Like all Maggie's pets, Rumi is microchipped, desexed and vaccinated.

MY IDEAL HOME: I’m an easygoing kitten, so I think I'd fit in practically anywhere! All I really need is stuff to climb, toys to play with, and awesome humans (and maybe a friendly cat or two) to hang out with.

I'm not easily bored so it's cool if you need to go out to work. I'll be happy to see you when you get home though!

MY ENERGY LEVEL: Depends on the moment, really! I'm either at zero or 100 :) While I'm always the one to initiate playing with my sister, the second I’m done I’m fast asleep - sometimes face-down on the carpet. It's a bit of a party trick, actually! Apparently once I was lost for almost half an hour when I climbed behind a pile of books on an enclosed shelf and couldn’t be seen. Shaking toys and food didn’t even wake me up. And sometimes I miss meal time because I'm so deeply asleep!

I'm pretty independent in general, so I won't hassle you too much to play. I'm good at making up games, and if there's a feline friend for me at home we can definitely keep ourselves entertained!

MY SUITABILITY TO CHILDREN: I've had a lovely time with the children I've met in foster care, so I wouldn't mind living with kind and cat-savvy kids - especially if they're keen to play with me!

MY SUITABILITY TO CATS AND DOGS: I love other kittens, and I'm respectful of older cats and their boundaries.

I’ve not yet met any dogs, but I reckon I'd get along just fine with a nice one after a careful introduction.
