About Milly
Meet Milly, a delightful four-year-old dog who might just capture your heart with her gentle demeanor and adorable face. Although we believe she may be a Cavoodle, her charm and lovable nature make her unique, regardless of her exact breed mix. Small to medium in size, Milly is the perfect companion for those who appreciate the blend of spirited curiosity and quiet grace.
Milly is a quiet soul who gets a little shy around new faces. She thrives on gentle encouragement and a patient environment where she can take her time settling in. Once she feels secure, Milly's affection for humans shines through, and you'll find that wonderful companionship blossoming.
Though she's untested with cats and currently undergoing lead training, Milly shows great potential for learning and improving with the guidance of a kind and understanding handler. In the shelter environment, she becomes a little nervous around other dogs, freezing up, but we believe with love and care, she can gain the confidence needed to ease those nerves.
Milly needs a new home where she can relax and adapt at her own pace; if you're patient and willing to foster a nurturing atmosphere, you'll find a loyal and loving friend in Milly. This soft-spoken sweetheart would fit best into a household that appreciates the gentler side of life, perhaps with individuals or families looking for a quiet yet deeply rewarding relationship with a devoted canine companion.
Medical notes
Milly has passed her medical.
She had a dental scale and clean while at the vet.
Adoption details
Our adoption process is easy. You will receive a application for the animals you are interested in. Please full that in and send it back to us.
Even though you may be first to message, this does not always guarantee you will be chosen to adopt. By no means do we run on a "first in, first served basis". We aim to ensure that our animals are adopted into the most suitable home for them and the new family.
With all our animals, we go on what our vet has told us and what we believe the breed and age to be. We never guarantee the breed or age but take the best educated guess.
Please note: Our shelter is located in the Snowy Mountains. We are a 5 hour drive from Sydney and Melbourne and 2 to 3 hours from Canberra.
