About Alexa
Alexa has spent the past month in a loving foster home, slowly emerging from her shell and showing glimpses of the gentle, affectionate cat she’s destined to be. Her journey began with fear—curled up in a box, too frightened to face the world. But with kindness and patience, Alexa is learning that love is safe and humans can be trusted.
She’s now a curious explorer, bravely venturing out to investigate her surroundings. Sudden movements still send her scurrying back to the comfort of her room, but each day she grows a little bolder. Alexa enjoys her meals with gusto and has discovered the joy of pats—especially when she’s on the bed in a familiar, cozy space. In new environments, she may still revert to her “scaredy cat” instincts, but she’s a work in progress, and her confidence blossoms more each day.
This sweet girl is looking for a calm, understanding home where she can continue her journey at her own pace. She’ll thrive with someone who sees the beauty in quiet victories and celebrates every small step forward.
🌼 Because Alexa is white, she must be kept indoors to protect her delicate skin from the sun and reduce the risk of skin cancer.
If you’re someone who believes in second chances and the magic of watching a timid heart learn to trust, Alexa is waiting for you—with her soft paws, soulful Heterochromia eyes (yes one is blue and the other green), and a heart full of hope.
