About Lulu
Big Pup | Warm Heart | Ideal Family Dog
Lulu is a large, affectionate Blue English Staffy x Neapolitan Mastiff, combining the Staffy’s love of people with the Mastiff’s loyal, protective nature.
Born on 3 June 2025, she is still very much a puppy — just in a big, strong, fast-growing body.
Lulu loves everyone — adults, children and other dogs — and is a happy, social girl who thrives on human connection. She’s clever, highly food-motivated and very trainable, with a fun, slightly clownish personality.
Like many young, large dogs, she can be a little bouncy when excited and is still learning her lead manners.
She enjoys play (especially tug and water), but is just as happy hanging out with her people.
And while she’s all love at heart, Lulu is already large and impressive enough to make even the most determined house intruder think twice, a reassuring bonus.
What Lulu needs:

Adoption details
Dogs:
(1) The first step is to complete the online adoption application form at https://southerndownsark.com.au/apply-to-adopt/ Please answer all questions and include photos of your yard and fencing.
(2) All applications will be considered by our Adoption Team, following which a "meet and greet" will be offered to the top-ranking applicant.
(3) If the “meet and greet" is successful, the applicant may adopt the dog and take him or her home the same day.
(4) For successful interstate applicants, different arrangements may apply and will be negotiated on a case-by-case basis.
Cats:
If you are interested in one of our cats or kittens, please click on the green "Enquire about ...", button, tell us a bit about yourself and the home you can offer the cat, and one of our volunteers will be in touch.
