Lulu

Little Miss Lulu is an affectionate and exuberant Blue English Staffy x Neapolitan Mastiff with an outgoing personality and a whippy tail that never stops wagging.

She's a bit of a clown. Equal parts sassy and sweet, some days you’ll get all sass. Sometimes her cheeky sweetness just fills the room and bowls you over.

Born on 3 June 2025, Lulu is still a puppy but she is going to be a biiiiig girl with quite a bit of strength behind her.

Lulu absolutely loves everyone; is becoming more respectful of cats; and so far, even ignores the chickens!

She’s food-oriented and very engaged with her humans, so is highly trainable. She is crate-trained, 99% house-trained but will need a bit more help to walk nicely on leash as she just gets so excited when she is out and about.

Lulu still has some baby teeth and may jump up when she’s super excited - though we’re working on that – so she’s not yet an ideal companion for very young children. But she is whip-smart and is getting so good at Sit, Wait, Look at me, On your mat, Okay, Come, Let’s go etc.

Lulu has the cutest, floppiest ears that sometimes seem too big for her and a little kink in her tail that just rounds out her funny demeanour.

She is becoming more confident around other dogs and once she’s properly introduced, it’s usually game on! She has two calm and friendly adult dog friends, who are helping hone her dog-to-dog social skills.

Although she loves endless backyard play, she’s happy to snooze away the day on the sunny deck while you’re at work but as a puppy and especially a large breed, she still requires daily walks and a lot of stimulation and enrichment to keep her from getting up to too much mischief!

When you come home, just make sure you’re ready to hear a whole day’s conversation as little Lulu LOVES to have a chat and will talk your ear off!

Lulu is learning ball play but she goes bananas for her tug rope toy. And put her near water and she's in heaven. A baby or shell pool filled with water and toys is on the bucket list for her forever home.

Being people-focused, Lulu would thrive best as an only dog, provided she's treated as an integral member of the family group. She may also be fine with a calm and very tolerant canine mate to model dog-to-dog social skills.

Lulu isn’t a dog for half measures. She gives her whole heart — and she needs a family who will do the same. With consistency and love, Lulu will blossom into an amazing companion or family dog.

Large breed experience will be highly regarded.
